There is no room for silence – Reaching beyond with Brandi Snape

Brandi Snape, Executive Assistant at BMO Global Markets, didn’t always intend on becoming a motivational speaker. But when her mom, who had been incarcerated, passed away, her passion for making a difference in the lives of inmates at the New York Department of Corrections was ignited.

Today, she’s focused on reaching beyond her comfort zone to help grow the good, with the help of opportunities made available through BMO’s 2022 Employee Giving Campaign, in partnership with United Way. As an ambassador for the program, her efforts allow BMO to ensure community services remain sustainable and undisrupted.
