BMO’s Online Banking for Business Design Concept Wins 2024 Red Dot Award
At BMO we’re always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our clients. And that work is getting recognized; we’re the first bank in Canada and the U.S. to be honoured with Red Dot’s Design Concept category award – one of the most sought-after recognitions for exceptional design.
BMO won in the Interaction, UI and User Experience Design Concept category for our reimagined business banking experience for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
Guided by direct feedback from SME clients, this simpler, more intuitive digital banking experience helps clients get more done in less time, so they can focus on what’s important: growing their business. The experience recently launched in Canada to a select group of clients, with a broader rollout planned for later in 2024.
