Banking just got sweeter: Come join us for a free hands-on honey extraction workshop

BMO embodies its Purpose to Boldly Grow the Good in business and life, when we partnered with Alvéole, an urban beekeeping company, to install eight beehives at branches across Canada and the U.S. The pilot program helps shelter pollinators, which are critical contributors to a healthy and sustainable food system. Pollinators are responsible for one in every three pieces of food on our tables, so it’s imperative that we help protect them.

Come see how these small creatures are making a big impact on improving the biodiversity of local environmental ecosystems fostered by sustainable beekeeping practices.    

In this fun-filled interactive Hive to Honey Jar workshop, a beekeeper will help you uncap honeycomb cells, hand-spin honeycombs and filter raw honey. Walk away with an unforgettable experience and your very own jar of honey!
